The Kano Project Report: Stepping Towards A Brighter Future

The Okachi Charity Foundation embarked on a mission to make a difference in the lives of young students in Kano State. Led by the dedicated Miss Loveth, the Kano team leader, the foundation visited two schools in the region to address their pressing needs.
The journey began on April 10th,2024, with a visit to Madaral Satul Tahfizul Quaran Wal Walilmal, a boys’school located in Hayata Badawa U/Haya, Nassarawa LG.A.,Kano State.The school had expressed a need for school shoes, sandals, clothes, and food. Recognizing the importance of proper foot wear, the Okachi Charity Foundation decided to donate school sandals and shoes.
The volunteers arrived at Madaral Satul Tahfizul Quaranv Wal Walilmal at 12:50 PM, just in time for their 1:00PM appointment. They were greeted with a list of 69 students in need of shoes. The distribution of school sandals and shoes was are sounding success,with the impact on the students’ lives being immediately evident.
This first project in Kano demonstrated the tangible benefits of the Foundation’s efforts, providing essential support and improving the quality of life for the students at Madaral Satul Tahfizul QuaranWal Walilmal. The Okachi Charity Foundation remains committed to continuing its mission to support and up lift young learners in the region.
